Mr Halim collapsed on the Covid ward he used to be engaged on

A doctor who “selflessly devoted” himself to treating Covid sufferers has died of the virus.

Dr Irfan Halim from Swindon’s Sizable Western Clinic used to be taken sick on 10 September and died on 14 November.

His wife Saila Halim paid tribute to her husband, describing how he passed away “peacefully” in her palms.

“Irfan you gave me fifteen magical years as your wife, four beautiful kids, excellent recollections that will final me till my closing days in this world.”

She acknowledged he devoted 25 years of work to the NHS.

Dr Edmond Adedeji and Dr Thaung Htaik, who labored on the same scientific institution, also died from coronavirus final one year.
